Refund Policy
CHANGE OF MIND
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Once your order has been placed and processed we cannot accept any changes.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
If a personalised item has been incorrectly spelt on ordering please email natalie@sunraecove.com ASAP. If the item has already been made unfortunately we will not rectify.
DAMAGES
If there is an error or if your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a mailing label to send the item/s back with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Once we have received the item and inspected condition we will issue the replacement or refund.
All returns must be in new, unopened condition with the original product packaging. Any sign of usage we will not accept and no refund or exchange will be issued.
