Processing Orders

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Personalised products please allow 5-7 business days due to being hand made.

Due to Covid-19 there may be delays when your order is in transit which unfortunately is out of our control.

We offer $9.95 flat rate standard shipping for ALL domestic orders 

Or $15.00 flat rate expressed shipping.

FREE SHIPPING on all Australia orders over $120

In-store pickup

We currently offer FREE in-store pickup from Dawesville 6211. 

Once your order is ready you will receive an email with instructions to SMS for address and to set a time a day for collection. 

We can do after hours pick up to suit you and your availability. 

International Shipping

UK and IRELAND: $25 AUD standard post 

CANADA: $25 AUD standard post

NEW ZEALAND: $15 AUD standard post 

United States: $20 AUD standard post

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For all terms and conditions visit our refunds and returns policy. 

We do not accept returns if it is a change of mind.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at natalie@sunraecove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
